“Price Gauged!” Yesterday, July 17, 2021, I saw 4 of this ornament in my local Hallmark store. They were only $17.99 each! I just paid on a pre-order $29.99 plus shipping and handling. I will never “pre-order” my Hallmark ornaments again. Price gauged is how I felt about this ornament!

We’re sorry you were not happy with your purchase. The new year ornaments are marked up $1 above box price, EXCEPT for the Limited Quantity ornaments. The Limited Quantity ornaments are priced based on what we have to pay to get them. Because they are limited in quantity they are much harder for us to get and we pay higher than retail in order to offer these hard to find items.
The only way to get a Limited Quantity ornament t retail price is direct from your Hallmark store. If you would like to discuss returning the order please contact us via email. We do want you to be happy with your purchase.
