2015-16 Ruby Red Cardinal – Beauty Of Birds Premium Complement

The “bird” itself is very pretty but not at all like the Beauty of Birds ornament series. It is quite heavy and much larger – all of which I would not have an issue with – BUT the hook attached to the bird for hanging is too far back so the bird hangs down with it’s beak pointed toward the ground. I don’t fault “Hooked on Hallmark” for this defect but have written to Hallmark and received no response whatsoever.
